Leonard A. Thomas, Broker

Leonard Thomas began his real estate career in 1972 as a Branch Manager of a Safeco Title Insurance Company office in Northern California. After learning the process of a real estate transaction from the inside, he realized that the business was so diverse and rewarding that he set out to learn and practice every phase of the business from the outside, representing buyers and sellers in marketing, selling and purchasing real estate.

Along that path he has augmented his natural sales and negotiating skills with approximately 800 hours of formal licensing and specialty designation training. He has put the training to use by successfully holding sales, management and ownership positions in the areas of residential and commercial real estate lending; residential and commercial real estate energy efficiency rating.

He holds active real estate broker licenses in the states of Texas, California, Florida and Oklahoma and an active mortgage broker license in Texas. The designations he has earned along the way are shown below. Among other professional committees, he has served on the Professional Standards Committees of the Greater Dallas and Texas Association of Realtors.

To share his knowledge and experience with others – and keep current his own skills – he teaches continuing education and licensing courses for Kaplan Professional Schools.

Alice Thomas, Realtor

Alice brings over twenty years of real estate experience to her clients who are buying or selling homes. Because her varied background has included real estate marketing, escrow coordination, property management and lending, she anticipates every step of the real estate transaction, and brings a plan of action for every situation.

Alice believes that every real estate transaction is about THE CLIENT – not about the property or about the agent! Putting her clients’ needs and interests first has contributed to her multi-million dollar production – and many satisfied clients and personal referrals – each year of her sales career. As part of The Thomas Team, she assists buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas Metroplex and surrounding communities. Vickie Rowland, Realtor

From home buying to commercial sales, to lending and closing documents, Vickie Rowland has mastered it all. Starting as the week-end receptionist, before earning her real estate license, she received valuable training while assisting the broker. Now with eighteen years of real estate experience, Vickie provides her clients with the best real estate representation available. She has helped hundreds of first time home buyers achieve their home ownership dreams. The knowledge she received while working as a loan officer helps her streamline the process for her buyers by assisting them in securing their financing. For those selling real estate, Vickie has worked at developing a business model that helps generate buyers by systematically increasing property exposure. Vickie personally attends her client’s closing appointments to explain the closing documents and procedures. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Metro Tex Association of Realtors and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
